    We live in the area and often go to joes garage rangiora. Always amazing friendly staff, chef always says thankyou and have great day on our way out! The waitress on the morning of 06/12/25 was the best we have had she was so kind and helped me with a question I had and asked my daughter about her plans for the day! The food was exceptional as always, a top pick for us in Rangi!

    We scored a First Table at Joe's Garage for our night out. Our hostesses Abby and Helena were just delightful. Checking up on us during the meal. The pizza from the board special hit the spot along with probably the best Caesar Salad I've ever had. A friendly thank you and good night from the chef just made the finishing touch. Can't believe we left it so long to try.

    Nice and warm good atmosphere and great coffee food was a real let down though I got the gorgeous George and it was far from gorgeous potatoes where over cooked as well as the bacon. I think with some work on the menu could be a much better experience

    We came in for a late brunch, ok service, nice coffee, but the meal was a total let down. We got the Gorgeous George, it came with overcooked, dry, chewy bacon. Over cooked 'baked' potatoes and a couple of fried eggs, the Hollandaise sauce was it's only savior. Recommend some new talent in the kitchen.

    Hi came in for lunch I wasnt impressed with my salad I got underneath the chicken worth $22 it looked liked it was roughly chopped up and definitely wasn't fresh .I got my coffee with the swan on it lovely ,,

    Disappointed. 25 minutes to get a hot chocolate. An hour wait for lunch. In 35 minutes of frustrated waiting, the tables around us got 4 coffees, 2 cups of tea, and a bowl of chips. (I started taking note after the hot choc) The atmosphere was off, mostly people looking at the roof or the floor or the staff; and murmuring. When the food finally came; lets just say I've seen better efforts for half the price at your local pub. 30 bucks for tasteless schnitzel dumped on salty chips with 'gravy' from the supermarket. After waiting an hour...

    Lovely staff, the food is amazing. Love coming here!! Their JFC fried chicken is amazing, and so is there chicken burger. Who I went with got autobahn which is his favourite. And for drinks we got an iced chocolate a banana smoothie, they were both amazing. And we got lemon lime and bitters as well
