   The on-duty operator (excavator driver) did not have the competence or the necessary customer-service skills and tried to charge me above the usual rate. I have been a Frews (Factory Rd) customer for some time, but Saturday’s experience, like on other occasions with the same operator, was unpleasant. I had a mixed load (green waste + C&D), and the price applied did not seem to follow the company’s rules; the amount requested was higher than on other occasions when other colleagues were on duty. The situation was not resolved immediately (the operator called his superior for instructions). As a loyal customer, I expect consistency, transparency, and respect. I recommend clarifying and clearly displaying the pricing policy for mixed loads and additional training for Saturday staff. I have consistently chosen to work with Frews over other competitors, and I would like the experience to reflect that.

   Super disappointing. This business deals with the public and tradies who have travelled all over the city. As such,.I have no issue with the business electing to require vaccine passes be scanned and verified on entry. I was baffled to be served by a staff member, responsible for verifying my pass, who was not wearing a mask, (even though the sign outside states requirement of such) , nor used sanitiser after handling my phone.
