   I would not recommend North Canterbury Collision Repair Centre, especially for insurance work. My experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. The repairs were incomplete and careless — several issues with my car were left unfixed, including visible dents, exposed wiring, a broken dashboard panel, and an empty coolant reservoir with the cap left off entirely. These are not just cosmetic oversights; some make the car unsafe to drive. What made things worse was the unprofessional and rude attitude I received when I raised concerns. Instead of taking responsibility or offering help, I was met with hostility and dismissiveness. I left the workshop feeling not only unheard, but deeply disrespected. If you're going through insurance, I strongly recommend requesting a different, approved repairer who will treat you — and your car — with the care and professionalism you deserve.

   Lee and the team repaired damage from a fairly significant collision on our 2022 vehicle recently. Pretty much every panel on the passenger's side, steering arm, 'a' pillar etc. They did a fantastic job. Panel gaps perfect, paint perfect, no new rattles or issues (it was a screen and dashboard out repair). Nothing was a problem and we couldn't be more pleased with the results.

   Went in to get a ball park figure for a dent/scratch repair for car door damage before talking to insurance. I felt like an idiot when he rubbed the 'scratch' off but the advice and knowledge about the small dent and my options was second to none. Highly recommended.

   A fantastic firm. We had an insurance job to do on our car just before Christmas and Lee was great to deal with. We had a nice rental car to use, job time getting worked on was quite reasonable, and the team went above and beyond on our vehicle. Highly recommend these guys!!!!

   Lovely guys working here! They do a very good job and are super friendly as well. The only thing I could complain about would be getting a lot of mixed messages. My partner and I were often told that it would be done at the end of the week, then the end of next week etc. Either way, it is worth the wait with the fantastic job that these guys do.
