Very poor communication, slow returning of calls. Not willing to work proactively with buyers. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a smooth buying or selling process.
Had an amazing experience with Karen Rutherford. She went out of her way to find me my new home! Top friendly service , early morning and late night phone calls and visits to the office. So will happily recommend Karen to anyone 10/10!

Good attention to detail
Bayleys got an incredibly low price for my mother's house - probably $500k below what easily could have been achieved. I do not recommend.
