We originally opted to go with Sherry Herkes to sell our house, because she had sold us this house 12 years ago and since then we have been impressed with the presence she had maintained in the real estate market in our area. We were very pleased with our decision! Sherry was on board with us from the start, and nothing was too much for her to help us with. She has a friendly and confident approach, and we greatly appreciated her assistance in each step. We are currently also getting Sherry to help us with an upcoming (hopeful) purchase of a house, as we trust her and know that she will give us the support that we would like. Despite our very busy schedules, she has made time in her evening/s to visit us and help us with even just a chat to walk through the auction process.
