   Ordered via Uber eats. Was told closing in 10 mins so place order quickly which I did. Waited for 30 mins as Uber eats changed expected time later and later until driver contacted me to say you were closed. Don't accept orders if you're not going to fulfill them. Maybe change your Uber Eat times? Either way service terrible.

   Automated drive-through system miss understood double whopper for rebel whopper. I didn't realize the order was wrong until I got home (15 minute drive one way) so I drove back through the drive-through and the manager gave me the correct burger with very little questioning. Drive through used to be slow but has gotten faster over the last few months. Great improvement

   Just can't get their orders right, always missing items. Food is uninspiring. Update, just got the stock reply about how my feedback is valuable and to fill out the feedback form but I have already phoned "customer service" days ago and left a message and no-one has replied. Not even bothering to personally reply to bad reviews shows how little they really care.

   This place never ceases to disappoint. The frozen coke was only 3/4 full and the sherbet king fusion was so disappointing. I have no idea what happened to the sherbet part but those few sprinkled on top was all there was. We we're basically given strawberry sundaes with marshmallows but only half filled. And the staff treat you like an inconvenience. The bk at Fraser cove is worth the extra few drive. They have friendly staff and consistent, well made food.

   Zero customer service. You're greeted by an AI at the drive thru, where the order screen doesn't work so you dont know if the AI is even taking the order correctly. Then when you get to the window they dont confirm your order just point at the pay wave box wity no greeting or words at all. At no point is there a screen showing your order. Then when you get your meal is cold.. the bacon burger had literally the bare minimum of what someone might call bacon. If you want burger king go to Fraser cove

   I ordered the following via the drive thru on 25/08/2023 at about 9:25-30pm: x2 Hawaiian BK Chicken reg combo, x2 Double Cheese Burgers and x1 Chicken Fries. I then received my order at approx 9:45pm. The staff was apologetic enough for the delay and it was all good but when I got home and checked my bag I found that I was a burger short. I effectively paid for 4 burgers but only ended up receiving 3. Missing 1 Hawaiian BK Chicken.

   The special meal was ok, wouldn't rave over it thou. Drink didn't taste much like L&P to me but service was friendly and seating adequate but tables could have done with a wipe down

   Decent enough food but horrific wait times, incompetent staff members and general lack of professionalism. Food was poorly presented, not enough sauce in one burger, and then one which was so soggy it had soaked through the paper it was wrapped in. Chip packet was torn in half for some reason as well, barely suspending the chips from going all throughout the bag. Everything was either cold, soggy or dry. If the wait time wasn't 20+ minutes for a couple burgers and drinks, and if your staff members actually communicated competently between each other and their customers, you might've stood a chance but the lack of overall decent service really puts you in the bin.

   Good friendly service from the lovely Maori lady (Yvette) behind the counter. Nice hot food! Was very quiet when the 2 of us dined in (lunch) The premises was clean & tidy. Will be back!

   Severely disappointed with BK Cameron road. Staff members came across very rude, no real politeness or any form of friendliness. Ordered two burger meals, both came cold. The chips were slightly undercooked and the burgers themselves had no flavour besides being overly saturated in sauce to the point that it was a sloppy mess and the drink machine had a very weird taste. In all honesty Fraser cover BK has far better presentation than here.
