Order on drive thru and arrive at window and ask to add my McDonaldβs QR code to collect points she says they do not do that at the window so I asked at the other window and got told cannot do it. They given us soggy chips and no strews for our drinks.

Took my daughter and 2 grandkids there loved it the food was excellent the buns of the burgers were so fresh and delicious the kids loved there food ate everything.Played in the indoor playground and I could watch them from where I was eating.Had a really good hour and half there will definitely go back.

Tables were all unclean, when i asked for them to clean it he said which part, my reply, the whole table is filthy. Chips were old and stale, had no salt, chicken burger was tough. Mc'ds is not 5 star, but they used to be better than this.

Has to be the worst McDonald's ive ever visited. I think they make the food terrible as most people who are buying there are traveling and cant be bothered turning around. I ordered chicken nuggets for my kid and they had 5 chicken nuggets and the 6th was a piece of hash brown cut to the size of the nuggets. Coffee is terrible both times ive been so ill not be using this place ever again

If I could give this mcdonalds a minus 10 stars I would. Constantly forgetting food in orders, cold, stale.. looks like 2 year olds make it. No pride or effort put into their meals at all especially ones being delivered. Never answer their phone. Whoevers running this joint needs to sort their staff out and uppercut themselves while their at it. Ew.

I come to this McDonaldβs almost 2x a week and I dread eating the chips they are always cold and almost stale I am sitting in the restraurant right now and can see that the chips and pre packed and sitting there for orders to come thruβ¦. Please stop this! Itβs about quality!!! Please fix this issue otherwise we would have to travel Furthur away to eat. Everything else is great

This is a nice facility. My daughter and I dropped in for a coffee after our gym session at Rototuna ATF. It was pretty quiet, only 1 car in the drive-through at 10.30 am in the morning. It's quite a big place and it was nice and clean. Staff seemed preoccupied. However, they were still polite.

Been here 3 times... Fn disappointed, Everytime something is wrong... 1) ordered burgers with extra extra extra bacon, and only got 1 slice in one and other with two, no extra there at all.. paid for the $6 on each 2) ordered the BLT bagel, only receiving just lettuce and mayo (something is seriously wrong doing this to someone. 3) I finally tried drive-through and got home to notice an entire burger missing.... no receipt was given. What the Fu#k is wrong with this place??? 3.5 star rating... and is stealling money from people.... its plan theift when they dont give you the items you ask for. Manager is sick of seeing me and either needs more training or the staff do.

Good friendly staff and services,it is also centrally located on Rototuna/St James area. Very busy during peak hours limited parking spaces for dine in customers. The building entrance is at far side/end of the car park, so not ideal on a wet day or the car park next to the building is full. Good olamoujt of indoor space and kids play area. Couple of times we were there, the self ordering kiosk were out of receipt paper, so it created confusion for customers not knowing if orders have gone through and what the actual order number is? Also food/rubbish were piling up on a number of desks around the corner but there were a lot of staff standing around talking to each other whilst others were attending to drive through orders. Priority should also be given to the clearness of the customer dining area consistently.

Ordered a coffee with breakfast from drive through. Was asked to park up and wait for it. Waited around 10 minutes before realizing it wasn't coming. Saw people walking in and out with coffees while I waited. Went into the store to ask for a refund as I needed to get to work. At the counter, no one acknowledged me. Not even after I waved out and asked the crew who could see me for assistance. The Manager ignored me and was busy working on his device despite seeing I was asking for help. A simple acknowledgement would have been polite. Thankfully the next crew member who made eye contact with me was a lovely young man and went to speak with the lady at the McCafe. Seems she totally forgot about my coffee. Though she apologized and gave me a refund I was pretty annoyed with the whole experience and not getting my morning coffee. They are usually pretty good here. The Manager on today was terrible. If I could rate him a zero I would.
