Exceptional quality of work, communication was great and all of the staff I spoke with were friendly and really helpful. It's a large business but you still get personal attention, I highly recommend Gateway for your repairs.
A brilliant repair job. I could not ask for better. There was a problem with the front bumper parking sensors (which I believe they were not directly their fault). There was no shying away from the problem, and in the end the problem was sorted. I will certainly use the company again should I need fixing.

Very very bad experience. A person named Simon was very abusive when I questioned about how come my fuel ⛽️ is very low. It only had fuel about 7 kms to drive. When I gave the car, it had more than 100 kms of fuel in the tank.I can prove this because I have a bank statement which proves I filled the petrol just before I gave the car to them. As soon as I told that I have evidence, he used very bad language and yelled at me. Also, he lost his temper and asked me to get out of the place using language that is disgraceful, filthy and abusive. People like Simon should take proper anger management course and should be trained how to be respectful to your fellow man. Nor should they be ållowed to work with people. I'm attaching some photos. It was a very disappointing experience. It happened on the 24th of August 2022. If the owner does not address this properly, I will never do business at this place again and nor will any of my friends.
