We operate a Bed and Breakfast and decided to update all our beds, we went to Bedpost Mt Maunganui and found Rahul very informative and knowledgeable about the products he sells, we purchased 3 queen size beds and headboards. We purchased one of the higher priced beds as we were after a bed that did sag but after a year and rotating the mattress every 3 months it sagged and has a hump on one side. The salesperson was very good and wasn't pushing us into one brand over another. We accept that there would be some sagging in the mattress but not like this and after one year. We also had 2 of the side handles pull away from the mattress when we first received it and there was a slow response to my email but when I received a reply I had an immediate offer to fix it but would mean that the mattress would need to be sent away to Auckland and we will need to be without the mattress for around 6 weeks. I don't think there is any mattress out there that won't deform but for what you pay for you would expect better.

Excellent service. Prompt delivery. The gentleman that worked on 11 September 2022 was fantastic his service was amazing he listened to our needs and was very helpful. Highly recommend Bed post. His communication skills were superb and the back up service was spot on. They delivered when they said they would.
Our experience buying a new bed was a very pleasant one. Michelle was very helpful. She listened to what we wanted and then suggested we try 3 different mattress types and we soon settled on the one we wanted. The price was right and we decided to purchase, as we felt we did not need to look anywhere else!
Had a fantastic experience shopping for my new bed. Searched at a few different stores which really seemed overpriced. Stopped by at Bedpost Mt Maunganui on the off-chance, and was so pleasantly surprised by the great range and size of beds for amazing prices!!! Excellent value for money. I ended up with a Plush Cali King. So excited, never thought i'd be able to afford one. Price was amazing. I very much recommend this store and the lovely store assistant :-) Bed arrives tomorrow - very excited.
