   The hosts were lovely, very accommodating. I was even offered a ride back to the hospital several nights in a row. The room I had was very comfortable. The bed was great had a choice of soft or hard for a pillow. It was a quiet unit, very clean and had fantastic water pressure. Location for me was awesome as it was close to the hospital.

   This motel is a filthy dirty dump. Blood on pillow case, dried urine on toilet, disgusting dirty shower and an extremely rude obnoxious manager. We had booked for a week but left after twenty minutes and the manager refused to give any on our money back.

   Nice little hotel close to Christchurch CBD and the Christchurch Botanical Gardens. Price is perfect for a few nights stay in the city. Saw some bizzare reviews here which didn't really make sense since the rooms are very clean and all furniture and appliances are quite new. There are a fair share of interesting people around the CBD though so that probably explains it. Owner is very friendly and game me some trip ideas. Clearly a local and knows the place quite well too. Would definitely come back for my next visit to the CBD.

   The owner of this motel is crazy and rude so I want it to stay this motel so I thought it’s ganna be a good motel when I got there so the room wasn’t clean and proper it was dirty and everything he says it’s was lai I will never go to this dagy motel again and also ther we’re not smoke alarms doesn’t have office oh my good

   Terrible terrible do not stay here! We arrive and the manager was super aggressive and rude the room smelt of Pot it was disgusting if you have kids definitely do not even think of staying here there was mould, the floors were disgusting. They gave us one roll of toilet paper for 3 people for two nights had to go ask for more and they argued it will never be going back plus he took a $50 bond and when we ask for it back he ripped the whole room apart and yelled at us so we just left not worth nearly $500!!! Terrible do better or get a job where you don’t have to work in costumer service!!

   If you have any self respect don't stay at this property. Dirty, smelly and run down. The owners are rude and we left without staying. Went to a motel next door, paid a little more per night but it was like night and day. Normally don't review but I don't want people experiencing this. ***Update, one of the owners have just sent me an abusive message, I did post the screenshot but it violated googles terms due to the language used***
