Very busy and had to make my appointment a little way ahead , but received a reminder re my appointment , which was good . Friendly ,caring considerate staff . Trainee supervised and she did an excellent job, I was very pleased and grateful for the attention , cuppa included . Price suited my pocket and I LOVED the experience !!

Had a brilliant colour and cut today with Shannon - she listened to my (rather demanding) description and gave me exactly what I wanted, better even than I had hoped for! Would definitely recommend. Great playlist to listen too while you wait :) thanks Shannon!
