Got screwed around by the Papamoa Maccas for 30mins only to get turned away at 4:30am after driving for hours in the early morning. We came to this one; they were super hospitable and the food was the freshest we’ve had in ages. So grateful!

I’m a regular customer at McDonald’s Mount , and tonight (Saturday at 2:00 a.m.) I witnessed something very unpleasant. The tall Māori manager was loudly yelling at a crew member in front of everyone. This is completely unprofessional — feedback should be given in private, and praise in public. On top of that, while she was scolding the crew member, she was shaking my food bag around, which made the situation even worse. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers and staff. This needs to be addressed.
Prompt service, loved the food that was actually still hot.
I wouldn’t recommend going to this McDonald’s. This is how they treat your food. Our burgers were thrown in there, one burgers bun slid off. It’s honestly just rude. You guys weren’t busy at all and yet this is how it’s done and it took so long to even get our food, didn’t even get the sauce we paid for. My coke taste like sparkling water.
Typical fast food place. I'm always disappointed with the McFurrys. There seem only half full compared to the advertisement . Don't go much anymore. Breakfast menu is good tho
Went in to order food. Was told only take orders on Kiosk now, they don't take orders at counter. Asked how that works when pay cash. Was told pay up here once order is through. That seems very well thought out. So I have to order at a Kiosk and then come up and pay? That makes perfect sense. Don't know if staff was being lazy or a new policy as doesn't have that at Cameron Rd/11th Ave McDonald's.
Got drive through today, was no hashbrown and maple syrup for the combo, poor service honestly. And it’s not even worth going back and asking for it.
