   I visited this Burger King recently and the state of the restaurant is honestly unacceptable especially with cruise boat season bringing a surge of visitors. The floor was so greasy it felt unsafe, like the same dirty mop is being dragged across the entire building. Several seats have been broken or completely missing for over a year, and the walls and remaining seats are covered in wear marks. The place looks run down and neglected, and it’s not a good look for a location getting heavy tourist traffic right now. Management really needs to step up and fix these issues.

   Quick and easy fast foods, tastier than... a popular alternative. Superb milkshakes. Site wasn't very clean and I couldn't find napkins to sanitise it myself. Also short staffed, but the staff that was there was friendly and efficient.

   I’m a regular customer from Uber eats, I ask for sprite as my drink but every single time I get sprite mixed with whatever flavour was last used. Maybe some staff needs retraining on how to use the drink machine properly

   Every time we order from here, there are missing items from the order. Ordered online and picked up this time in drive through, parked to check burger numbers and found one missing. Walked in to get missing burger. Found after driving home that the chicken nuggets were also not there. Getting the order correct and not ripping off the customer is key to good service, so not very good here.

   I just waited 20 MINUTES in the drive through for 3 ice cream sundaes. Not even exaggerating. I dont understand how its possible to be this slow when there are only 4 cars in front of you! When we got our icecreams they were only half full in the container. Entire staff needs serious training. DONT GO HERE

   Nice staff and good place. Tables are a bit dirty though. Good food and fast service. Background music is slightly too loud.

   Great place for fast food, with some options of health ones. We went on Boxing Day and the place was packed. I was going to give a lower grade , the service was decent and it was dirty not because of the employees, but because of the customers who didn’t dispose their left overs in the rubbish bin, leaving many tables full of cups and stuff. They should be aware this is a fast pace environment which relies on their customers to keep it clean.
