Liv truly worked wonders with my hair colour correction! She did an absolutely incredible job, especially considering the challenge of the red and black box dye I had in my hair previously. She was fantastic at walking me through each step of the process, making sure I understood everything. When I showed her the inspiration picture, she was very honest about the possibility that it might not turn out exactly the same due to the box dye, but she exceeded all expectations! The end result is nothing short of fabulous, and I am beyond thrilled with how my hair looks now. The entire team at the salon was not only professional but also incredibly kind and easy to get along with, which made the whole experience enjoyable. I visit Katrin for a cut and or/colour WHENEVER im in CHCH. No one does hair like she does. Can not recommend her enough - she is so knowledgeable, CARES about your hair health, just takes the time to understand exactly what you want, NAILS IT EVERY SINGLE TIME. Obsessed with my hair whenever i leave her chair, and she is so sweet and kind.
Had high expectations for this place but very disappointed, when I walked in I was not greeted or anything by anyone for 25 minutes, and then when I was getting my hair done, it seemed like the girl who was doing it didn’t listen to me very well. The other hairdressers seemed like they were giving me rude looks. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and made sure I was well looked after, he made the experience a lot better.
