   After visiting most of the tile shops in Tga we tried Tile Trends and met Rhys and Michelle. They were both so accommodating and patient with us as we trialed ALOT of different tiles for our stairwell. With tricky lighting and different flooring to match up to, it was definitely a challenge. They were very helpful with suggestions and shared their knowledge on all things tile related. Rhys was happy to share tiling tips for our DIY project and Michelle was always happy to see us and hear our feedback and continue helping us on our journey of discovery for just the right tile. We finally made a choice and they were both so happy for us and excited to see the final product. We love our new tiled stairs and these guys definitely made the process fun and entertaining and highly recommend them for any tiling projects.

She has a good sense of design and colour and took a keen interest in our projects and ensuring the tiles we chose would be the right fit for each room. Michelle spent a lot of time helping us work through the options, and mocking up the patterns for Winkleman tiles on the sample table so we could see what they would look like. She followed up after our visits with research and calculations to ensure the pattern and colour choice would work.    Michelle at Tile Trends Tauranga was recommended to me when we were thinking about upgrading our bathrooms and she did not disappoint. Michelle is extremely helpful and patient considering the number of times I changed my mind. Michelle's suggestions were greatly received as she has a great eye for detail. Michelle has followed up on numerous occasions to see how everything is progressing with the bathroom renovations. I would highly recommend Michelle and we will definitely be back whenever we are looking for tiles in the future.

   After searching all the tile shops in Tauranga we visited Michelle at Tile Trends. She spent time showing us some great options in a different track to what we had been thinking and gave really good advice on colour and texture. She has a real ye for interiors and what would work.We took samples home and quickly decided we had found the right solution. Ordering with Michelle was easy and she connected us with John Cox as a tiler. He quoted and returned to complete the job again giving good advice. His work was extremely professional. We would highly recommended Tile Trends, Michelle, and John Cox. We are super happy with our results in our kitchen.

   Great place for professional advice and help. They taught me with very patient advice how to tile. So appreciated. We've now completely renovated our bathroom and kitchen through Tile Trends Tauranga and are now onto the second bathroom. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The help has been tremendous. Very happy with the service. An asset to Tauranga. Highly recommended.

   This review would be 0.1 if it was possible. A family member went in to look at tiles for her new bathroom and was shocked by her treatment - the older woman staff member was very rude and opinionated, telling my family member that ‘Your taste is very extreme’ - believe me it isn’t, what she wanted is simple. The woman was also incredibly rude to another customer who was in store at the same time.
