this store is looking very nice and clean. they provide very good service and very quick , chicken is very fresh nd hot chips.
Very fast and excellent service. The store looks so clean and nice. Got a bucket of wicked wings. It was so juicy and fresh.100 % recommended for everyone
Really not happy with this place Purchased a 2 PC and a 3 PC deluxe meals. Took 10mins to take home. The chips were like warm with the chicken dry and distasteful. Rang the branch later in the week and was told I could pick up replacement meals. I explained that i was going way for a few weeks. The supervisor took my details and I could pick up once I returned. Tried to pick up this week. Was told they had no record a d would have to come back the following day to talk to the 'big boss'. Totally not impressed with at all.
I ordered the 2pcs hot and crispy chicken snackbox and later I know when I reached home and opened it, surprisingly they gave me 1 small piece of chicken and another very very small piece of chicken. It's really unacceptable.
I asked for a "bacon & cheese burger" to eat in the place and they gave me a burger without bacon or cheese, I went to claim at the counter and the only thing they did was add a single piece of old Bacon as seen in the photo. Awful attention, unfortunate attitude and without respect for the client. I will definitely not go again and I do not recommend it
Usually quite good... but my hot and spicy tonight was over cooked and quite brown. Why cant it be the same everytime. Im sure you have guide lines to adhere to. McDonald's can do it..... You can too!
Food is sometimes cold or has been left sitting too long, drinks are flat almost always, overall franchise is really expensive. Not the most reliable KFC by a long shot. The staff are always nice and friendly though and that's pleasant
Ordered a family feast bucket from uber eats. Got it delivered and the chicken was pink, the skin was pale white and doeey and pretty raw to me and my partner. I rung the store and spoke to one of the managers who told me to ring back in 5min and hung up.
Arrived 30mins before closing. Had everything in stock but couldnt be bothered cooking it. Were only offering popcorn chicken and a fillet tender. Waste of time.
Worst potato and gravy I've ever had. There was literally no potatoe but only gravy. Paid $7 for a potato and gravy but what i got was sauce. The wicked wings was really dry compared to the juicy ones I am used to. Also instead of a coke zero I get a coke. Not sure whether they were busy or just messing with my order.
