He has always kept things running along smoothly, identifying maintenance issues quickly and dealing with them efficiently and cost effectively. It has been a pleasure having them manage our properties and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I recently sold a property, the outgoing tenant made a point of telling me how good Brent had been to them which I was pleased to hear.
