I am super happy with the results from our upholstery clean today - Anand was polite, friendly and did a super job. I had tried previously on 2 separate occasions to clean our light grey couches, but they still looked dirty. Anand had them looking like new again. You can see in the photograph the amazing difference part way through the clean. Thanks for doing an awesome job!

We chose Waikato Chemdry partly because of the glowing reviews. We had them come in for a carpet clean, a 79sqm house, not a big job. It wasnβt done well and we sent photos to the company evidencing this. They responded quickly that they would refund the costs- amazing. That was in March 2025. After countless phone calls and emails to Ross (owner), his team and their call centre we finally got the refund in August 2025. It was only refunded after Karl the franchisee owner was notified and a 1* review was left to get Rossβs attention. He then asked us to remove this since he was dealing with the matter. It was such a disappointing experience and not what we had expected

I was extremely pleased with my dealings with regards to office staff, technicians and the job they carried out. The communications were of a very high level which is not the case with some companies these days.
I used Chem-Dry Waikato to remove carpet stains from multiple areas of a house in te Kauwhata after a tenant moved out. I found them to be professional, polite, thorough and knowledgeable. I have used other carpet cleaners before but will stick with Chem-Dry going forward. I highly recommend them!
Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Moved into a new house and the carpets looked dreadful donβt think they had ever been cleaned. Sorry forgot his name, but the operator for Chem-Dry was right on time and very friendly. He explained his process and showed me the cost and offered the upholstery protection price as well. I chose the protection price. He was very professional and really took his time to do a very grand job. Our sofas, seats chairs are now sparkling like new. Very happy with Waikato Chem-Dry and would happily recommend them
