   Don't buy packages from this place! Both my partner and I had prepaid hair removal packages for the Tauranga branch and had only used 2 of 6 each. They have closed down with no communication whatsoever!! Didn't even get an email with offer to redeem or refund. Stay away! Terrible way to do business.

   closing down of the Tauranga store has caused major issues. They are not even offering to refund the money that has been paid towards skin treatments . The only option provided is to go to Hamilton for treatments. That’s not practical at all of one is based on Tauranga . Management is so poor that they are not even responding to emails or phone calls . This business should be reported to higher authorities for fraudulent behaviour. Will not recommend this business at all .

   Purchased a laser package at their Tauranga clinic and have only been to two sessions. The clinic has unexpectedly shut down and they are not offering refunds. They have advised clients to redeem prepaid treatments over in Hamilton. Have tried contacting them with no luck. Do not use this clinic!

   I had pre paid a package for various beauty treatments. Due to the store closing down with no prior warning to clients and even their staff, I was not able to redeem about 80% of remaining services. Management have advised that clients with outstanding treatments can use the Hamilton Branch. I bought the treatments with the intention of only using the Tauranga store as travelling to Hamilton is not practical or cost effective for me. I have tried multiple ways of trying to contact management to no avail-no response. I Would like to be refunded as I purchased the treatments to be carried out in Tauranga not Hamilton. And even if I did want to go there how would I book when I get no replies? I have not received what I paid for. Sadly I am one of many who have been stung by this situation. Very poor business practice and ethics. Would give zero stars if I could.
