We had a fabulous weekend here for our friends 50th. The perfect spot to sleep 7 couples and enjoy a special celebration. The gardens and views are amazing. I highly recommend a stay.

Sadly it is not worth the money being charged for this place. It did work well in as far as there were enough bedrooms and the view is lovely. The house itself looks great in the advertising but in reality it is run down. The double oven doesn't work properly so we couldn't use it at all while catering for 12 people. They mention it in their property information once you arrive, absolutely not good enough for the thousands of dollars being charged. Whilst sitting having dinner we had a rat run over the feet of one of the guests which was cornered and disposed of. Not ideal. Poor value for money. I would not recommend.

It clearly was a great house 10 years ago. But clearly was not maintained well. It is now sadly falling apart, which is sad. The kitchen is old, ill equipped, bathrooms are dirty. Nothing luxurious anymore. I guess we were just 10 years too late. Description on rental platform is highly deceptive. It should be described as charming , not luxurious. Location is amazing, views are striking.

Just had the most magnificent stay at Puriri Valley Estate. The home is beautifully appointed, very well managed and maintained. The views are stunning, and the home is quiet and peaceful. We will be back!!

We recently had a 3 night stay at Puriri Valley Estate on Waiheke Island with a booking for 18 people. It had great location for the vineyards, close to walking tracks and beaches BUT it is does not measure up to its description of a luxury lodge nor justify the price. Undoubtedly it has been a grand character house set amongst a vast garden it has been neglected and is now in need of significant maintenance. It is tired with the bathrooms being old and dirty. More significantly broken light switches and wall plugs were dangerous. Despite its description to accommodate 18 guests, inadequate crockery , poor quality glassware and running out of hot water was disappointing . βDoubleβ beds were singles joined together and overall the property felt unclean. We would Not recommend this property .

Absolutely fantastic venue for our recent conference. Felt like we were miles away from 'it all', yet so handy to Auckland. Stunning views and plenty of space for our breakout groups. Highly recommend

Stunning location and great spaces. We stayed here for two nights with 8 people for a management team planning offsite. The kitchen alone was big enough for us to work around the table, and there were two other spaces at least as large. Cozy in Winter, and it would be stunning in summer.

Superb accommodation and location. Big loving spaces both inside and out that have fantastic views on all sides. Barn accommodation separate that allows for lots of guest and potentially separating some folks out. Main house makes a big impact, with huge entrance way, luxe bedrooms, and a commercial size kitchen. Go here and enjoy a sense of success whether you're staying a week, or just for a drink.
