Chips are always cold and yuck when delivered even going in drive thru we have to ask for no salt just to get fresh ones. burgers are cold. drinks are barely filled to the top literally just over half way, Iβd say the workers are lazy! Iβm sorry but Te rapa has been terrible for the last few deliveries we have made. EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE!

My husband and I went for lunch today as he wanted to try the new Arch burger. We occasionally eat McDonalds and what I can say is I have never been served so quickly and efficiently ever at McDonalds as we were today. It seemed like there were two men very much in charge and I literally received my order within minutes of ordering through the app. My husbandβs comments on the new Arch burger was it was just a stunning burger and worth every cent. Great Job Te Rapa and finally great food and service. 5 stars.

I ordered a 10 piece mcnibble and only got 5, i thought yeah okay ill let that go, i the look over to my MEDIUM biscoff milkshake, but no, it was a small and i thought wow they want this smoke. I start eating my mcnuggets, all was great, until the last nugget i pick up. It. Was. Bit. In. Half. God is my witness. They crossed the line with this one. Not Happy.

Well prepared, good service, McDonald's general food quality has dropped (chips, beef burgers patty), good nuggets.

This golden arches restaurant one of many is located in a food court. This one specifically resides inside Te Awa which is the indoor area of The Base Shopping Centre. Unfortunately I can not honestly review the food (does icecream count as food) as I've only eaten a meal there once or twice since it opened becsuse it was underwhelming and cooled quickly. I had to complain once which wasn't taken well at all. However I can tell you about everything else such as the ice creams which are good albeit somewhat runny at times, they can he happy or begrudging annoyed to replace it/them but when it's working well... bliss. Often the ice cream machine is down when you need a sugary or treat, there's a conspiracy about how often a McDonalds ice cream is down. During the days of the pandemic alas ice cream in cones were not available but why I hear you ask? The cones were handled by hand...this was the reason I was given, but everything was handled by hand and not with gloves so maybe the ice cream machine just needed a break before it broke down again. I miss the servers who brought on some days a welcomed smile and chat while in others days they should have stayed in bed. Either way they were so much better than the often broken down, not printing receipts, not taking cash self service screens which have a mathematical issue. My order is number one 120 but no the screen says it's 20. These self serve screens create chaos on any given day. Lines are non existent. The number of staff has reduced dramatically usually down to one person out the front doing everything and more often than not reluctantly. Being in a food court does not generally offer a nice atmosphere. Bearable but very school cafeteria. All in all I'll be back for the ice creams. I have an alternative plan in place if it is ever not working.

Got given rotten lettuce in my BLT. It was brown and slimy. Not very happy cause you would have noticed when making it

Had an issue, after asking a reasonable question was basically ignored so I sat at the drive through window and waited⦠Was presented with the Drive through Manager who called me love at least 20 times, talked over me and was disinterested in fixing the issue. Have some respect when dealing with your customers, and perhaps try talking to people and not at them⦠Your service was terrible - I hope they give you some training as you clearly need it. Food - they probably spat in it after being remade and was average at best.

My aunt, who is quite bad at walking and now uses a walker, after 3 falls in 2 years, and I had lunch at Te Rapa McDonald's on Monday. We received exemplary service from Martha the shift manager. We were unsure how to use the big order board and she was obviously watching us look lost and came over to offer help and then said for us to come to the service counter and she would put our order in. Once that was done she offered to bring it over for us. Martha was so lovely, friendly and helpful and I wanted you to know what a great employee you have on her and how impressed we were with her.

Came here twice because the Burger King near by sucks lol and we're from Auckland and have to say this place is great! Nice customer service, completed our order quickly and the coffee is amazing. My husband liked the food as well. Thanks
