Highly overpriced definitely not carrying the narrative of what an opp shop should be about. Good little finds for rich people. Total oxymoron.
This op-shop's got some style. Staff are very good at selling the products and some of them have a great sense of style. I bought a vintage blanket, two coats and two pairs of shoes here. They have very unique stuff of high quality from time to time.
Like this shop. Always has some interesting pieces. Priced according to brand. I take most of my donations here as I know they will do the right thing with them. Not sure about the people complaining about the prices. They clearly have no idea how much it costs to run a shop these days and keep your head above water. They can always go to the opshops further out.
The Hospice shop, Devonport, says it opens at 10 am, but even though I was there at 10 am, they said I couldn't come in as they were setting up. I think if they advertise that they open at 10 am, they should open then. They suggested I go away and get coffee while I wait, but that would be an expensive wait. Goods in the store seem highly priced.
2024: Fair pricing, check the cabinet for possible gems.
Staff are not accommodating and prices are ridiculously high. Second hand jewellery, such as silver rings etc, are even higher than the price in Michael Hill!
Amazing quality items and much us designer however it is much more expensive than most op shops so if you're looking for super cheap find the salvation army store is probably better for that. Lovely ladies who run the Hospice shop I had fun!

Quite a nice op shop, prices are a little higher than most only because they stock more designer style pieces. Friendly staff and overall a great atmosphere.
