Absolutely amazing service. The workers were so kind and did the best they could do to get what I wanted. My expectations were high and the exceeded them. 100% need to go here atleast once in your life.
I only recently started coming here as I never quite felt at home with my previous stylists. i came in with bleach blonde hair (that with my previous hairdresser I had asked to go darker, but she did the complete opposite) and I told my stylist Addison, that I just wanted to feel balanced and to go darker. I showed her some inspiration and she consulted me and her coworkers with what the best plan of action was to achieve exactly what I wanted which immediately I felt so confident in her. Even down to the baby trim that I wanted, she didn’t take off more than I wanted, she listened to the way I wanted my hair styled! She didn’t upsell me or push, she was personable and a respectful stylist. I am so grateful I have the hair I finally want and there was no judgement by anyone at this salon at all - which is hard to come by! Thank you so much vivo and especially Addison.
Not happy with my treatment at all. I went in for a consultation with elizna regarding a blonde balayage and extension removal and put back in. In the consultation I showed her what I was wanting and she said to me we can 100% do that on my appointment and complete the blonde look. Day of appointment comes around get everything done after 7 hours. I leave with hardly any blonde in my hair and my extensions applied wrong to the point they are all showing and 3 have fallen out. I explained to her I’m upset and unhappy with this service and if she can fix it. She told me that if I want more blonde I’d have to pay more and that she can’t complete the blonde in one session. I don’t know why she didn’t tell me this prior to my appointment in our consultation and why she told me in my consultation we can 100% do all the blonde I want. So upset that I’ve paid soo much for my hair to basically look the same hardly any difference and my extensions applied wrong. I have attached pictures of what I’ve asked for and what I received. Also I said to her my main concern was my blonde extensions showing in my natural brown hair and you Can still see all my blonde extensions
Seamus is a star, has been for years and always will be. Has the best manner for dealing with his many clients. Love my rainbow/paua hair and even after 8 months it is admired.
I went there for grey coverage and full hair colour with highlights and I want lighter colour .colour I come out with totally not what was discussed and expected very disappointed. I felt I have same hair colour with little bit freshness in tone this is not what I paid for I do understand u can’t go so littler on darker but it looks like not light at all.I have same one what I have naturally even though we discussed and agreed for very different tone then what I get. it’s more in red copper then any light and no colour on top just covered hair in black. I am so disappointed how much you suppose to explain and discuss with someone so that you come to close what you want it is total opposite of what was discussed and wanted.I have added my old pic with all other new pics if anyone can see the difference especially when u r asking lighter colour tone. Crown front all is just black
I first went to another Salon to get a cut and colour and it was awful. I hated it beyond words. I went into Vivo Centerplace Hamilton and met Hope, she booked me in for a consult the following day, Hope was very professional and friendly but to top it off managed to fit me in that day and turned my nightmare into a dream. I could not recommend Hope enough she did an absolutely beautiful job, I’ll definitely be back. Before and after pics attached
