I came to this salon based on a friend’s recommendation, but I had a very disappointing experience here. I brought clear reference photos for the cut and color, but the stylist didn’t seem to look and kept asking me to explain what I wanted. The stylist was insisting I do a different color I didn’t want saying that it would look better, fade into the color I wanted, and would last significantly longer. This was not true and after two washes, the color is already a light orange. The bleaching was done poorly, which resulted in an uneven lift, with some sections lighter than others and one section I asked for completely missing. The haircut also looked nothing like the reference and was uneven. I left feeling like I had wasted $400+ on something I could have achieved myself for under $100.

Eric did an absolutely amazing job with my hair! As someone with curly hair, I’ve always struggled to get a decent haircut in Hamilton, but Eric has truly given me the haircut of my life. The color turned out even better than I imagined, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll definitely be coming back!
