   We got a kids’ meal, two cheeseburger combos, and two Frosties. Everything was perfect, but the lady at the counter couldn’t understand English very well. I said thank you, and she asked if I wanted to buy anything else. Other than that, I have no complaints, the food was very good. I did notice, though, that the cheeseburger in the kids’ meal was a little bigger than the one in the cheeseburger combo.

   Easy to order, staff friendly, efficient meals arrived, restaurant looked nice with Xmas decorations. Car park was accessible. Meals tasted good and the frosties were filled right to the top and tasted good!

   ⭐ 1 star for poor customer service. The staff member at the drive-thru appeared unmotivated and disengaged, offering no greeting, smile, or thank you when handing over the order. The interaction felt rushed and impersonal. I would recommend additional customer service training to ensure staff provide a more welcoming experience for customers.

   I'm so pleased to find a Fast food restaurant that delivers on freshness. What I received was on point with flavour and even looked worth eating. So many fast food outlets don't deliver on taste or visual importance. People want to like even love what they are eating. Well done Wendy's I'm coming back.

   I would like to commend the star service from the young lady working the drive through at 9:30pm on the 27th Sep. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich (given the speaker was a little quiet to hear) She advised the upcoming wait of 5 minutes for fresh chicken. The food was handed right on time (with apologies for the wait) and I was kindly advised to be careful with the fries and burger as it was hot. You don’t hear that very often. She had excellent communication skills and I felt well cared for with the comment on hot food. Thank you. I hope you get a raise :-) and the food was excellent!

   Got a burger from here for the first time. It was a chicken one and seemed like it was under cooked. Also tasted very bland. But atleast the chips were pretty good

   Alex was really kind and made sure I was comfortable as it was my first time going to Wendy's, he was very helpful with recommending a delicious burger. I enjoyed the food as well as the amazing customer service. I would confidently recommend Wendy's Hornby for amazing burgers and phenomenal customer service!! I found the burgers much fresher and larger than other restaurants in the industry and actually worth my money!!!

   Alex was condescending and rude as we tried to order, the food was great but the service was horrible, wish he was a bit nicer. There was a woman behind the counter in the kitchen who was lovely, she had a big smile on her face and we wish she could've served us instead of Alex.

   ordered and waited about 15 minutes before a server came up to check if we got our order, there were 2 people behind the counter just staring at us, neither of them wanted to check why we had been waiting for 15 minutes, they were too busy talking to each other and walking around in a circle. the girl who served us was absolutely amazing and gave us chips to make up for the wait.
