View is fantastic and the house has a luxurious, relaxed feel. The location is peaceful and private with easy access to coastal walks, swimming (beach, pool and spa) and space for outdoor activities. We have been fortunate to stay at Nikau Estate a couple of times and hope to return again soon. Highly recommended.
We needed a peaceful break so opted for a week on Waiheke. Nikau Estate proved to be the perfect sanctuary for us to unwind with breathtaking views, charming coastal walks, modern and high spec living, plus the added luxury of a heated pool and spa! The booking process was effortless. This really is a one of a kind property with its impressive design and premium location on the island. We highly recommend it.
Absolutely stunning spot in an idyllic part of Waiheke Island. The property had a lovely, relaxed vibe with serene views and an open, spacious feel. The beautiful home was also tastefully decorated and had luxurious features including a well-equipped open plan kitchen, a main bedroom with jaw-dropping views, golden light and a stunning swimming pool overlooking the water. We loved our five days there! A real sense of freedom and tranquility being able to stroll out onto the expansive lawn dropping down to the private cove and beach. Very much looking forward to returning! Superb.
Nikau Estate is one of NZ's gems, tucked away on a North facing slopes on Waiheke looking out over the Hauraki gulf. The most lovely spacious house, which has had a lot of care put into its maintenance - very high quality, and super art on the walls too. Great heating and fire place makes it cosy in winter, and the setting with pool that entertains kids and adults alike for hours in the long summer months....waking up to stunning views, great BBQ'ing facilities too. It felt secluded and yet is well positioned for walks along the coastline and into Oneroa village. Superb!
What an amazing property - beautiful views, serene outlook, private beach down the hill, access to fantastic walks all around, and super close to Oneroa and all of the cafes and restaurants. We absolutely loved this place and it's top of the list for next time we visit Waiheke Island.
