   Tasman Holiday Park Good value, run by a very welcoming young couple who have children. Clean and maintained well. Easy stay, everyone seemed chilled at this place, come and go at your own accord, so long as you don't disturb others. A little away from City Centre, but easily accessible from the airport.

   Location is good. However, the holiday park and rooms are so so so disappointing. We booked two rooms accomodation along with toilets and kitchen. It is not worth the money. The whole accommodation stinks. The carpets are old and linen, specially blankets, is worn out. Overall feel of the accommodation is dirty. Mattresses of the bunk bed are very uncomfortable and small. There are not many facilities available. The pool is dirty as well.

   Stayed as a family of 5. The facilities are amazing for kids. We were allowed to bring our dog which made the trip so much less stressful. The park had a bunch of activities organised for the kids for Halloween which meant the kids were happy with not going trick or treating. The pool was SO warm, despite the cold snap. We will be back for sure

   Good but nothing special park close to city centre. We used a powered site so cant conment on rooms. Van site was good, but the park is very narrow and was very busy. Was the hardest park of our trip to navigate the motorhome around, very tight. Has a hot swimming pool, looked great but maybe a tad small for how popular it was. Bathrooms lacked deep cleaning, above head level looked filthy, but was clean up to head level. Mens room had some issues going on at the time but were being fixed. Overall good park but not perfect. Has some great features for families / kids. Good option despite the cons, was convenient for our first night in NZ after exploring city centre before heading off the next day for our road trip

   Great spot, central location and great facilities (free showers, clean & high pressure). Sites are quite close together - feel like you shouldn't be able to hear the motor home next to you shut their cupboard doors (2 different motor homes while we were there). Maybe it was just our particular site? Great facilities for kids, put in a free movie one night.

   I stayed here for 2 months. After traveling all over NZ, I've found this to be the best holiday park in the entire country. Everything works, everything is clean, it's big and spacious, this already puts it in the top 10% It has none of those small problems that you find at other holiday parks. - The shower head is properly above my head (not at neck level). - There are always many tea towels, soap, and brushes available in the kitchen. - There are outlets+USB at every dining table. - It's in walking distance to Countdown and the mall I'm not so into these things, but it does have a warm pool with a water slide (great for kids). There's also a small arcade, though the games cost money. The staff are also really great, especially Silvia. She's the best.

   Perfect place to stay with a family lots to do including a swimming pool . I'm traveling alone on a motorcycle but Tasman holiday park if perfect for me as well. It's clean in a quiet location. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend for all travelers.

   We booked a studio apartment thinking it was like a cabin. It came with a parking spot, but while it was compact it still meant our needs. There are cooking facilities in the room. A perfectly good reverse cycle split system. All the utensils you need to eat in. A very comfortable bed. Good WiFi and exceptional shower. The was a laundry facility with dryer as well. $3 per load to wash and $2 to dry. I had to do this twice, so all up $7 to wash our socks and undies. There is a heated pool and sauna, which we did not use. There are cooking facilities for the happy campers. The reception centre were most helpful and allowed us to leave luggage there and return around 5 pm to head off to the airport.

   We were been here for a few days and really liked it. The indoor pool has a really comfortable and warm temperature. The service is friendly and always okay with charging our power banks for us. Toilets and showers are really modern an almost always very clean. The only thing is that the site is really spacious and it can be a long way from your tent site to the toilets and kitchens. However, this will not apply if you have a room of any kind.
