   Annabelle Court Motel is a great place to stay, and the service truly stands out. Jane, the owner, is incredibly friendly and easy to deal with, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. The motel is comfortable, well looked after, and you really feel well taken care of. Highly recommended.

   My deck caught fire and no longer had power, I came here for one night while repairs were being carried out. I was told they had a fully accessible room with the ability for someone unable to stand unaided and fully dependent on a wheelchair. The room they deem 'accessible' was actually not accessible at all.. Went to have a shower to actually realize there was no bench in the shower.. I was given by staff a cracked plastic chair that was very clearly solely used full time outdoors! I personally think people with disabilities and accessible needs deserve better quality treatment and an easy less stressful experience especially after going through a traumatic event such as a fire. The rooms were not sound proof whatsoever and the other hotel guests were easily heard while in your room. I didnt end up staying the full night and ended up just going back to my home because for me it was pointless being there as it did not meet my needs. I definitely wouldn't recommend!

   Excellent - so obliging as we were having to travelling on further south with our son in his car do they kindly allowed us leave our vehicle there while we were away and we picked it up several days later upon our return. So pleased with them for their helpfulness that we are booked to stay there again early in the New Year

   Wonderfully clean and tidy motel in a great location. I was unsure about whether there would be a lot of traffic noise but it was amazingly quiet as the units are double glazed. Good kitchen facilities, and friendly staff. We would happily stay here whenever we are in Christchurch

   Friendly but the good ends there. Room was cold, even with the oil and fan heaters going. Bed was a joke. Worst I've ever slept in. One side broken and propped up with bits of wood. Definitely cheap but so is a bus shelter.

   Stayed 6 nights. The room was of a good size, very clean and well set out. Kitchenette was well set out and held everything you required to cook. Bed was comfortable / shower On my God was it decent. Plenty of parking so don’t worry there, with plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance along with major shopping centre. Easy enjoyable walk into CBD

   Love this motel! The owner is so lovely and I’ve always enjoyed my stays here. She remembered me after my first stay even though they were months apart. It’s a great location right on Riccarton Rd, hard to beat!

   Exceptional service. We were very late arriving by air but the owner stayed up to make sure we settled in okay. Lovely big room, well equipped kitchen, great shower and excellent location near cafes, shops and Hagley Park. Definitely recommended.

   Forgot to take some photos , a family member had booked 2 rooms was only here for the night on Friday. Both rooms were lovely , very clean warm and comfy thank you. Situated close by to the mall and many other restaurants which was very handy
