The burgers are not worth their price. Inspire of ordering a GRAND burger the patty seems like petite. Also what's shown in the images is very deceiving compared to what's served. It's more like homemade burgers. Why would anyone spend 44$ for homemade burgers. Truly disappointing.
Ordered on uber eats as a treat- disgusting! Bun was overcooked around the edges, patties were dry, lack of flavour!
Continually disappointed with the service of this place. Always under staffed and food takes a lot longer than told at time of ordering. On this occasion I ordered using the app because I was told last time it would be faster. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Ordered the food and the estimated time for pick up was 7:38pm. Upon arrival I was told that the food would only be 10mins. However it was clearly not even being prepared. Honestly don’t think I’ll return. Chips were cold and burger was slapped together.
Took over an hour to get our online order. Manager checked with us at 6:15 (after set pick up time) as he said they never received our order. Took my phone, found order, took another 45 minutes to make it. Nothing more than a sorry and blaming the system and to top it off, there were no sauces included with any of the 3 fries we ordered. While we were waiting, other people appeared to be in the same position as us, including incorrect orders. Looks like this is a common and ongoing issue. Not great for BW reputation. We won’t be back
Well, where to begin… Arrived 10 mins after set pickup time for online order. Told will be another 10-15 mins. Half an hour later is given order with not much of an apology… No free fries or voucher, just a minimal “sorry for the wait”. Based on other reviews this is clearly a regular issue…
Always at least half an hour wait for a burger, orders often wrong and they never ever answer the phone which is very frustrating when trying to address a customer service issue. Avoid eating here if you can.
Pay no attention to previous negative reviews. We ordered burgers tonight on a busy public holiday and the food was fantastic. Prefect bacon, attention to detail, crispy onion rings and just the right amount of sauce. The staff member was friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
I have ordered both Mexicali and Burger Wisconsin from here. Both are great. The food is delicious and the service I recieved tonight when picking up my order was outstanding - they had no problem correcting my mistake of selecting no fries with the kids meal. We will be back.
We stopped ordering from here simply because you MUST order from the website, and the website is trash. I had to order 4 times because it kept asking me to sign in, I'd sign in, then the order would cancel. Again and again. They absolutely under no circumstances take phone orders. Easiest solution, dominos right across the street. Change this policy. It's terrible and is losing you customers.
