Best place for butter chicken, food was fantastic. So good I thought I would do this review while still sitting in the restaurant. I would add a photo but an empty plate wouldn't look good, next time I'll take a photo before I start eating.
I have ordered butter chicken from here and it doesn’t taste good at all. I have ordered palak paneer before and that didn’t taste good either. Doesn’t worth and won’t recommend anybody.
Corianders Rolleston is an excellent place to dine. We enjoyed the atmosphere, delicious food and excellent service. We will definitely go there again.
The quality of food has gone worse in past 6 months. I ordered a biryani. Sorry it was not biryani but rice dripped in oil. Tasteless and unbeatable. They use to give complimentary papadam but have stopped now. I threw it in dustbin and will never order from here at all
Unprofessional and poor service. The onion bhaji was uncooked, and the curries were full of artificial color. The waiter was unprofessional; he did not check if we needed anything else and pressured us to order food. He served the main course without clearing the table after we finished our starters. Horrible experience will not visit there again.
Possibly the worst Mango Chicken I’ve ever had. Watery & flavourless. If you are looking for Indian food in Rolleston then I’d recommend going to A Pocket Full of Spices and steer clear of Corianders.
We have eaten a few times over the years and always an enjoyable time with attentive staff and delicious food. We did have a bit of mix up and delay one time in June when my parents were here, but they gave a much reduced bill and apologies, which was the decent thing to do. Apart from this 1 mistake we have always had a nice time and will continue to I hope in the future. The Naan breads are lovely and crispy and the main courses are always tasty and cooked well.
Delicious food,lovely staff! We often get take away but also have eaten in the restaurant on many occasions no matter how you get your food it is always Devine! The restaurant is lovely,always clean and the servers are lovely. Great serving size of main dishes and rice. Starters are beautiful with heaps of options to suit everyone, oh and the spice levels are great! Mild is genuinely mild and spicy is certainly hot! The meat is the most tender we have ever had, both lamb and chicken are incredibly delicious every meal we have had is packed with flavor. One of our favorite restaurants/takeaway options in Rolleston! 10/10⭐
We've eaten here a few times now and every time the food, the service and the ambience has been excellent. The menu has lots of interesting dishes, not just the usual Indian restaurant favourites and their vegan, vegetarian and gluten/dairy free choices are impressive and delicious! The bread is sublime, try the onion kulcha - you'll be glad you did!
I ordered 3 times this march 2023 and also asked them to make naan bread not burned but they keep giving me naan breads thats too burned. Very disappointed. How am I going to eat this?
