   Horrible, dirty and disgusting!! Bread was stale, the cold press was barely filled with ingredients. All the veggies looked like they were going off. The store was a mess, the hygiene is really bad!!! Sooo dirty!! Such a waste of money as they were stingey as with the fillings. By the time I got home I was super put off and couldn’t eat it, even my dog wouldn’t eat it!!Oh well Lincoln, looks like India took over and we all know how that ends up. The girl in there was hesitant to give us napkins, I had to ask her twice. Will never return!

   Literally the worst subway I’ve ever had. Teriyaki was stone cold and stale, didn’t add any of the sauces I asked for, there’s 3 bits of spinach in my sub and when I opened it, it looked like this. Want my money back

   Oh my god, we’ve been using this subway for many years and have been watching it slowly become dirtier and dirtier, but the other night was next level filthy. Felt unhygienic to even be standing in the shop. Staff are usually always pleasant but how it hasn’t been closed down yet for food safety is beyond me

   I have been a long time user of this subway, normally at least once a week for the last few years and unfortunately the quality of food and service has gone unbelievably downhill in the last year or so since the change of owners, the uni students who work there do a good job but I’ve never had a good experience with the Indian staff. Half the time the musics turned up so loud you’re almost having to yell to be heard and you can’t hear back what the staff are saying. They almost always screw up the order by forgetting something or going to put the wrong ingredients in. They seem incapable of charging the correct amount and I would’ve been overcharged numerous times if not for doing the math myself. I’ve had subways either not cut at all or cut the entire way through so all the ingredients fall out as soon as you lift it up. Most the time they’re so unbelievably stingy with the ingredients and sauce. Many times I’ve been left with food I’d barely consider edible. I would give 1* if it weren’t for the uni students who you get on occasion doing a good job.

   I ordered online and oh my was it a disappointment. Worst subway order I’ve had in a long time. Order the new SubDog to try and a cheesy garlic bread. I was there 2 minutes before I scheduled for it and it was ready however the subdog was cold, no where near warm. The cheesy garlic bread barely had any cheese on it and had way too much garlic sauce on it I can’t even taste the bread. Also the one staff serving was so slow

   Last 4 times I have been it has been terrible service, people not knowing what's what, mixing orders up, giving toasted and not fresh, just to name a few! Went in today and had a girl Mollie do my sub and she was brilliant! Made a great sub, friendly, asked if I wanted a combo or cookies...would of be a 1 star if I had the same results as last times You need more mollies

   UNHYGIENIC! The Indian man on 15/8/23 was handling a big sweaty guys cash then made our orders without changing his gloves! Absolutely disgusting and a health Hazzard. This guy shouldn't be allowed to work with food.

   Absolutely appalling, I went for the 3 pepper chicken as always but the chicken was cold out of the microwave also they had no carrots or jalapeño! And I asked the lady for double ranch but instead of putting it over the whole sandwich she just put a big dollop at 1 end so it all ran out! I will not be returning to this subway!

   I hate doing bad reviews but my order tonight was very disappointing. I ordered online - a Veggie and Avocado Salad - no avocado in sight. I also asked for only a tiny bit of dressing (1 teaspoon or so) and it was absolutely swimming in dressing. The store had also run out of Carrot, who runs out of Carrot? Spinach was also out but this is understandable at this time
