   Food was fast food quality. A ball of meat and bread drenched in sauce all wrapped in a paper wrap. The service. Self service shouldn’t get even 1 star. Not applicable. Cleanliness. Could be better. Otherwise food tasted good and it is what it is.

   Customer Service: Nancy was absolutely AMAZING! Even through the drive-through, her energy and friendliness came through loud and clear. She was upbeat, patient, and made sure our order was spot-on. It’s not often you get that kind of genuine service without even stepping inside — she really made our visit feel special! We also noticed the awesome Halloween decor through the windows — such a fun and festive touch! It’s clear the team put effort into creating a great seasonal vibe, even for those just passing through. Food – Baconator Frosty: The Baconator Frosty was KILLER! Rich, creamy, and packed with that signature smoky bacon flavor — it’s easily one of my all-time favorites. The balance of sweet and savory is next-level, and it’s a must-try if you’re into bold, indulgent treats. I’ll definitely be coming back for this one!

   Not bad. Burgers arent outstanding. I might have ordered the wrong burger because have 3 patties is probably not a good balance unless you order extra sauce. The drink size is overkill, so if you are going with someone else you can easily share between two people. Bit on the expensive side but if you have some skill with ordering at Wendys you might get decent value. Burgers definitely taste unique compared to other burger chains.

   If you want a dry old chewy burger then go to Wendy's Frankton. Was the promo sweet smoky beef burger. No sauce, was gross. $78 for two meals isnt exactly good value either. And when I have feedback they didnt give a stuff. Go down the road.

   We bought the Family Meltdown, good value for money and very delicious beef burgers. The service is fast and efficient, kudos to the staff for being professional. The place is clean and the ambience is great with relaxing music in the background. Plenty of free parking and you can also do drive through.

   Staff were good and fast, easy to talk to and double checked everything. Food was below average at best. Chicken patties were old and dry with no moisture. Chips were very bland. Lettuce looked like it had wilted a while back

   This was my first visit to a Wendy's and I left underwhelmed. The friendly service from Jason was well above par, he was patient, kind and professional. The food however was substandard, the burgers were dry and flavourless, we ordered the baconator combo's and only one of us got even a hint of bacon. Luckily the fries were pleasant and well seasoned, but not enough to make it worthwhile visiting again.

   Wendy's offers very fast food service. We ordered in-store and within 5 minutes, we received our meals. The food was good. For those who do not eat pork, if you order a chicken burger, some chicken burger comes with bacon. Remember to read the fine lines. There is a lot of parking space available. You can enter through other streets into Wendy's. There is also a drive through. I did not have any dessert so I won't comment on that. The chips were well cooked .

   Seven people walked into a bar, I mean Frankton Wendy's and 15 minutes later all of us walked out with our orders and drinks. Clean facilities, hot food and great service. None of us live in Hamilton but I wish every Wendy's had this standard of service. Well deserved 5 star rating.
