   We ordered a combo meal of three curries plus ordered an extra prawn curry. We were lucky if there was 10 pieces of chicken in each of the combo dishes. They were all sauce. Very disappointing as the sauce was delicious. Would just like to get more value for money. Chicken was also quite dry. Will be trying somewhere else next time.

   Got takeaway for 4 adults. Service with a genuine smile. Platter, chicken tikka, chicken masala and lamb madras were delicious. Naans were soft and fresh. Peshwari was best I've had. Highly recommend. If I lived locally I would be a regular here.

   I went there in a family of six with a baby. It was during June (winter). There were three tables with about three chairs each. The owner was really kind to let us sit there to eat during lunch even though it was a takeaway. He also let us close the door due to the wind. The owner was really friendly as well. The food was amazing and worth the wait and you’ll get your money’s worth.

   Food is absolutely epic. I challenged myself to Indian hot chicken masala. In the past I've felt when I order things hot people just add chili powder. But this one was spicy, well balanced between a number of spices, savory and juicy. Best curry I've ever had. Best way to enjoy it is just take it to the parallel street and enjoy under the lights off the tree walk.

   Outstanding food & service! We dined in and the Chef/owner was extremely hospitable. We have dined in many Indian restaurants in our years of travelling and this is certainly up there with one of the best. Would loved to have tried more dishes .. next time we are in Rotorua!    We tried the new Maharaja Indian takeaways on TeNgae Road last night and were so impressed! We ordered the $55 meal, this was more than enough to feed our family of 4. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was absolutely delicious & authentic. Well done guys! Se will definitely be back and recommend to all!
