   Council owned gym /red centre. Not really for gym bunnies! Caters really well to older people in their fitness classes, though some classes are so popular that you need to quickly book in . Has a reasonably well stocked gym. Staff are always pleasant & helpful. You can do one off sessions but most economical to join. Special joining rates quite regularly.

   We have sent medical certificate as requested for refund and they are making it extremely hard. Now they have refused to refund for what we paid for and for the correct amount for the missing days ! Scammers!

   Awesome venue for sport events, went there for a judo fun day tournament and the size was perfect for 3 sets of mats. Toilets were in decent size and clean. There a nice area to set up a small catering service. There are plenty of parking free of charge within the facility.
