   In line with other reviews, we also had a terrible experience with this so called professional company. Actually it is unfortunate we have to click one star to give a review because we don’t believe even this is warranted. We committed the inexcusable error of breaking the 12 month tenancy agreement with approximately one and a half months to go, purchasing your first home is a pretty big deal nowadays. Despite giving plenty of notice and working in every way to accommodate a new tenant to ensure continuity of rental, the property manager insisted on charging a weeks rental, and other costs even though this was not in our tenancy agreement. Avoid this company like the plague. And another word of advice, if you decide to jump on board never ever move in when a Cricket game is on in Hamilton...if anything is wrong (like your keys won’t get you into the property) best of luck dealing this company
