   Had my sons 11th birthday party here and the boys had so much fun! They played on everything and loved the VR escape rooms and racing simulators. I loved the friendly staff (happy to chat and kept the boys engaged and well cared for) and the massage chairs are a great bonus! Fully recommend The Cave.

   Our home school group are repeat visitors to the Cave. Chayse and the team always are friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, patient, and accommodating to different needs and interests, ensuring everyone finds a game or activity they enjoy, and has an awesome time! I have greatly appreciated Chayse’s willingness to go above and beyond to fit us in and make everyone feel welcome. The Cave is a neat space and the massage chairs, booths, and pool table are always a hit too. We can’t wait to come again soon :-)

   My partner and I went for a fun date to the cave for a new experience and it far exceeded expectations. The quality of the VR and interactive experiences were amazing. We had to problem solve together to progress through the game. Such a cool idea for couples or groups. And Chayse who was looking after us was a legend.

   I took my teenage kids to The Cave Papamoa and had an absolute blast! The VR setups were incredible – super immersive and easy to use, with a great range of games and experiences to choose from. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure we were all set up and comfortable before diving in. It was awesome seeing the kids get right into it, and even better joining in myself – definitely not just for the younger crowd! The whole place has a cool, modern vibe and everything ran smoothly. Perfect family outing, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend if you’re in Papamoa and looking for something fun, unique, and memorable to do with the family!

   I have to praise the guy that took our session. Our group was made up of a teen with Autism who isn't a gamer, a teen with Autism, ADHD and Tourette's who is a gamer, a very excited teen with ADHD who is a gamer (the birthday boy), a teen who is excitable but isn't a gamer and me, Mum with ADHD and Autism and is a gamer. Our group also contained a few transgender players. None of this was known by the guy and he dealt with it amazingly. He had a great rapport with the birthday boy, kept him engaged, joked around and didn't over react to his hyperactivity. Using everyone's name made the transgender members of our group feel very accepted. He chose games that suited our individual experience and style giving us a well rounded, fun session. Even when one of our groups fear of heights kicked in he was calm and patient, finding solutions to ensure game play could continue. We will definitely be returning.

   I took my granddaughter to The Cave for a 1 hour birthday experience. It was awesome. The guys tailored our trip to suit us both, so we had some time at the beginning doing different things (I travelled through space whilst my granddaughter did 'scarey' stuff) and then we got into a game together. I had a little difficulty managing the controls, but got used to it in the end. Our hosts were amazing and I would highly recommend this experience for both young and older people.
