Two behind the counter two scrubbing behind the fridges. All were happy very friendly and welcoming, shop look and spelt so clean. Food made in a no time at all highly recommend this store 100%
Called in again a few weeks ago. We were really looking forward to it as last time it was so clean and the food was great, the staff were an absolute pleasure and it was just a nice relaxing atmosphere - GUESS WHAT, we weren't in any way disappointed. Seems this Subway has a thing called consistency and high standards. Be back soon. Our new go-to from Tauranga to Auckland. Congratulations staff and owners. Keep up the amazing service. A great Subway in the heart of Cambridge. In fact, the best and cleanest Subway I've been to. A credit to the staff, who are a credit to the owners. Will definitely, without doubt be calling in again on our way through. An asset to Cambridge.
Your two staff members that were working tonight (07/08) were amazing. It doesn’t take much to give great customer service, but they were extremely polite and genuinely warm. Happy Birthday & great work Subway Cambridge.
Horrible customer service tonight by a woman called Vivian. She was rushing and getting things wrong, not listening and the subs were a mess. I asked if it was busy and she said no. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt but she was just unprofessional. I have previously worked at subway for multiple years and have also o my had good experiences with this branch. Tonight she rushed, put the wrong meat on and had to be corrected, then got the salads wrong, she put the food through the till halfway through making my order which meant she did not listen when I said I wanted to use the money on my sub card. Ultimately very disappointing and she needs a refresher in what it means to be a sandwich artist.

Normal I don't review fast food places. But this Subway was probably the best I've ever gotten from one. Nice job.
Great subway, had a lovely sandwich and got service with a smile. Even though it's a gast food restaurant it was clean and pleasant to be in. Highly recommend.
I went there to get some food for lunch when I walked in the person at counter didn't even accnoledge me even though I was the only person there I ordered 2 cheesy garlic bread toasties something I have had at other places with no Issies when they made it they squashed the bread and cut it unevenly they squareted some garlic mayo on and barely spread it they then put barely any cheese on it missing half the bread they asked if I wanted salt I said no but got it anyway only thing they did well was they were very friendly.
Lavana from Subway Cambridge was perfect. She was friendly, attentive, understanding and professional. I ask for less if this and more of that etc and she made me feel like it was a pleasure not a task for her. She asked for add ons, gave a nice generous amount of toppings and was kind enough to tell me about doing a review for a free cookie which I will do at subwaylistens though after this one which I would have done anyway. I asked her to cut my wrap in half and it is the best looking and tasting sub I have ever had. What an asset to your company. Keep her on, a great example. Also we ate in store and her excellent customer service was the same with all other customers and between organising other things, bread etc. Our previous Subway we visited, we thanked the team on the way out and they just stared at us.
