I was in the store for about 20 minutes. For the first 15 minutes I had to listen to 3 staff members chatter about their weekend plans and so on while I (and other customers) went in and out of the changing rooms to change sizes. When I went to leave, there was finally silence.... not one staff member spoke to me the entire time. I strongly suggest, if buying bras, to head to the Bendon store next door. The staff are so friendly and helpful
