   Ordered a large and a regular brunch with drinks and both were regular and just paid for the meal as the staff don't like being told they were wrong. Always had trouble with this McDonald's, highly recommend going to other McDonald's around tauranga as the staff are awesome elsewhere

   It's Maccas.. but the place was probably the cleanest McD's I've seen. No rubbish left on tables, despite quite a crowd inside. And a full "technogy room" Food was as expected, service was polite. Nice job guys

   Food was delicious hot and Service was mostly very good until order for 3 Soft serves chocolate dip. Kitchen hand needs to think about how he makes three choc dip ice creams at same time so as to avoid Ice Cream falling off cone. Thankfully my wife and I were experienced enough to save us or our 3 year old grandson from wearing the ice cream. Very clean facilities with minor room for improvement. Overall best golden arches I have been to in ages.

   Went to Mac donald and came home to find my hot chocolate looks like this. Not a hot chocolate water down drink and looks like a black coffee. Not happy with the food order also they gave me a normal coke when I asked for a frozen coke.

   Dear McDonald's Team, Manager Nandeep Kumar I recently visited McDonald's Papamoa and wanted to share feedback about my experience. Unfortunately, I’ve had difficulty getting a response via email or phone calls regarding my concerns. As a customer, I believe communication and acknowledgment of feedback are essential parts of hospitality. I hope the management team can prioritize this aspect of service to better address diner experiences. Thank you!" I visited your Papamoa drive-thru on Friday, between 12:10–12:20 PM and ordered a Crispy Chicken Tomato Cheese Lettuce and Bacon combo. While staff member Kiwa was courteous and acknowledged my concerns, I encountered several issues that I hope you can address: 1. Missing Receipt No receipt was provided with my order, which made it difficult to reference details afterward. ​ 2. Meal Quality Concerns ​ - Chicken Patty & Bacon: The chicken breast was lukewarm, and the bacon (a single thin slice) was cold and lacked freshness. ​ - Foreign Object in Meal: I discovered a long hair attached to the food, raising concerns about hygiene standards. ​ - Chips/Fries: The portion was notably sparse (appearing half-filled), lukewarm, overly greasy, and smaller in size compared to previous orders. I appreciate Kiwa’s professionalism in listening to my feedback, but the overall experience was disappointing.    My partner and I have just had a horrible experience with the employees of this place. Terrible attention, a super violent act by a grumpy and rude employee towards my partner, taking the food out of his hands and breaking our order. The manager, far from respecting us as customers, who in this situation we had right, defended the terrible attitude of the employee and never offered us an apology. They discriminated against us and left us without our food, being recurring customers, we never disrespected anyone, but from now on we will never go back and we hope that no one has to experience something like this with employees who don't know how to deal with people.

   I've refrained from leaving bad reviews but I've reached my limit. Tonight isn't the first time I've ordered a hot chocolate and it's had no marshmallows in it, which I forget to check because you know it's usually so hot you have to wait a bit. Not tonight, not only no marshmallows but the cup was not even ¾ full and it was barely warm. No sauce with the nuggets, which were cold, plus a lukewarm apple pie. Maybe instead of having it ready instantly more care could go into making sure your product is at least hot and all there! I tried to call to talk to someone but apparently at 10.15pm none answers the phone either. The only reason people keep going there is because there's no other drive thru except kfc. I'm done.

   Ordered a takeaway order on Friday 27th at about 16:30 and my daughters burger was not in the bag when we got home so was very disappointed as my daughter didn't have her dinner

   Macdonalds in Papamoa always serve me a hotcakes breakfast with 2 sausage patties . As shown in the photo if you butter the pancakes and layer the patties in between the finished artwork is just mouthwatering!!! I Only recommend once a week though ! In the UK you can order as a breakfast hotcakes and sausage which is their standard breakfast menu. Shame it hasn't caught on here... Try it !
