Great fish and chips the way it should be, this hidden gem was recommended to me by a friend and I'm most great full. I was very surprised that the cheapest f&c I've had in a long time turned out to be the best .
New to the area and this place was recommended. So glad I tried, the smorgasbord is very good. 10 meals all clean tasty and hot. Fish and chips are quite likely the best we have had Clean and fresh real thick yummy fish. (We also tried Burnham - not good imo). The young staff and so friendly and work hard. Even when busy they are pumping it out! Haven't had fish n chips where you feel blaaahh after.... this is far from the case here. Yay
The best fish I've tasted in Rolleston and in fact all of Christchurch! Big and super fresh and nice crispy chips. I won't go to any other shop for my fish n chips.
We’ve been buying their fish and chips for a while. Staff were always friendly. But the size of fish and portion seems to have shrunken over time. We like that their food feels fresh and not overly salty.
We tried Chinese for the first time from here and it was pretty disappointing. We ordered sweet n sour pork, chicken fried rice and chicken chow mien, not a lot of flavour, S&S pork wasn’t crispy and everything else was like boiled and bland. Wouldn’t recommend

We had some amazing takeaways and great value for money! I had an awesome spring roll and my partner had a fantastic cheese and pineapple burger + hotdog. We will definitely go again if we're in the area!
The fish and chips were amazing. I honestly say that it's the best fish&chips in Rolleston but little bit long queue. It was seems like new owner and new staffs.
The fish and chips were amazing. The burgers were great, only set back would be the chicken burger. Although a great burger, the pattie was amazing, for $7 I thought there would be more in it like a bit of tomato than just lettuce and pattie. All in all a great takeaway
