I’m really disappointed with my experience at Caci Karaka. My appointment was confirmed for 3:15pm in both the email confirmation and the phone call I received the day before. However, while I was on my way, I was told my appointment was actually at 2:45pm. To make things worse, I was told I could still come in for a consultation, but not for the treatment I had booked. If I only wanted a consultation, I wouldn’t have scheduled a treatment in the first place. This was very frustrating and a complete waste of my time. The lack of clear and consistent communication has left me very unhappy with the service.
