   Poor service. I went there with my daughter. They did my pedicure but didn’t do her nails and instead started attending to other customers. We waited almost 1.5 hours. Only when I said I was leaving did they suddenly come running. Very disappointing. Not going back.

   1/5 – Very disappointed with the service. I get my nails done regularly and usually have great experiences, but this appointment was not handled with care or professionalism. Although the finished nails looked pretty, many were crooked and uneven. The biggest issue was that someone who was clearly still learning was practicing on me without my consent, while the senior nail tech had to show them what to do. When they removed a tip, it was ripped off suddenly and painfully. The nail prep was also rough they used a nail extentison to ripp off my old gelx. I experienced burning under my nails and the tech filed my skin multiple times. The service felt rushed, and the person doing my nails stopped twice to answer calls mid-appointment. I also noticed a lot of low-quality products (similar to Shein/Temu) being used "xeijay" in perticular, which is disappointing considering the $70+ price point.One positive was the younger tech who helped paint my nails — she was friendly and polite. With proper training, better communication, and higher-quality products, this salon could improve, but based on this experience I won’t be returning.

   Love Love Love coming here for pedicures. I never feel like they’re rushing my service. They don’t skip steps (iykyk) and the amount of patience and care they have when it comes to giving pedicures is (chefs kiss) just amazing. I always feel good walking out. I stepped away from my usual all white gel, and did a real clean-girl Russian frenchie and I’m in-loooooove. She did an amazing job. Another technician did my acrylic manicure. I usually get Gel-X but I wanted a specific shape, thickness etc etc and she executed beautifully. I would always opt for long length, but I wanted change (again lol) another clean-girl moment. I show them a picture of what I want, and they deliver. I loooove my set. Simple, neat, clean and soooo cute. Ty guys again !!

   I had my gel acrylic extension nails done in September. Their service was so slow that it took them 3 hours to do my nails. Their service was not up to a standard either as one of my nail had come off within 3 days of applying. The boss lady of the shop was doing my nails first, she was so rude, and yelled at me and her communication skills weren't clear at all. I had chosen my nail colour waiting for her to finish doing my nails but she was busy doing other customers nails that came after me leaving me hanging to wait to complete the job. They took their time in doing other customers nails that come after me and left before and rushed to do mine. I sat their watching them doing other customer's nails. However, The other lady that did the designs of the nails was much better and quicker in doing the nails so One star for her. Next time, I would go to someone who's fast, efficient, communicates with their customer's nicely and do things in an organized manner.

   Did my nails 2 weeks ago. They're only just starting to grow out. I wish I did them sooner so I could redo them here again but sadly now in Australia which it's gonna be hard to find someone who can do such immaculate jobs like this salon does ❤️ didn't really get to take any proper photos of them
