   The worstest and rude business I have encountered in New Zealand. Waste of money and time.They had some crappy liquid as nail paint that literally wouldn’t dry. So I am posting this with video evidence of the paint coming off even after 24 hrs of painting it . You can see the payment time( $20 just to paint nails not even manicure) ,I mean painting done and the video timing to show you guys that I had showed you guys this after 24 hrs not just immediately after getting the paint done . All I wanted was for them to cover that white crap up with the purplish nail paint because I couldn’t find the exact shade from elsewhere to repaint myself. I WONDER IF ITS SOME KIND OF HAZARDOUS CHEMICAL THAT WOULD LEACH INTO MY NAILS.But seriously the owner is the rudest person I have ever met. Edited to show you guys the difference- Because sweety’s not apparently sweet denied to do anything to cover the disaster they done . I got the whole manicure done from elsewhere just for 35 dollars that included washing proper nail paint removal with equipments at least 3 coats dried under the lamp with moisturiser applied and most importantly very friendly and definitely not rude.

   Worst experience ever ! Never ever go for manicure/pedicure service , i swear you will regret. $80 for shit service i ever had in my life . No proper experience for use of pedicure/medicure tools . No knowledge how to remove gel color. No proper hand/feet massage

   Been going here for threading until she didnt follow how i explained to do my brows . My brows were not even after threading , went in for a Brazilian and that was the worst brazilian i have ever gotten from a professional!! She did not make any lips for a fast smooth rip , the brazilian is painful yes but i can bare the pain with the lady who did mine she pulled and picked at the wax slow and the rip technique wasnt comfortable!! In stead it was slow and light , she did not stretch the area to be waxed she just pulled it slowly !! It was not a clean wax i went home with alot of missed hair and a very swollen vaginal area . Ive never experienced such a rough brazilian since the day i started waxing ( make matters worse the waiting area could hear me telling her shes pulling it off slow and its painful the way she was waxing that area) i also went in for regrowth after 3weeks with very little hair to be waxed and i was charge $85 dollars for a bad experience. I bet it sweety herself was there to see how her staff operate she wouldnt be happy . Not to mention i had rang and booked for that appointment and when i arrived they were trying to tell me no i told them well thats why i rang before coming here so i dont have to wait yous agreed so i came . The 2 ladies who work there are rude, they talk in their language and ignore questions when you ask . I felt uncomfortable when getting my brazilian cause the lady was staring at my vagina like it was something she had never seen before . Worst service in papakura . Lashes i recieved from them were glued to my eyelid and not my lash burnt my skin around the eye area and the very next day the whole left eye of lashes literally fell off when i rang for them to fix it as it was 24hrs later i was told to pay for a new set . If these ladies aint qualified to apply eyelash Extensions they shouldnt be doing that service as they could damage the eye and natrual lashes . This salon use to be my go to but the ladies working here have no daaammmm clue on what they doing .
