Paid for perm which turned in2 an affro without curls, just fuzz. Asked if I could have help, perhaps there was too much solution?. Told to book for it 2 b cut, $54 est. Nit happy with this as I paid that amountv2 get it cut 2cweeks previous at hairdressers in Matamata. All to look like Fozzy bear lol.

Love the team, nothing is ever too much trouble! Somehow they take my rambled ideas & pictures & turn them into stunning hair styles. Friendly, professional & efficient team. They've always got hair product packs for sale at Xmas which is a great gift idea if you've forgotten to buy something! Even when super busy they'll try to find a spot for you to have an app, as well as having after hours and weekend appointments.
Ange deserves 5 stars she was friendly, courteous, did a great job, and answered questions professionally. Following my appointment and furthet discussions with Ange about my hair, Claire made contact with a complete lack of customer service consideration, and rude, abrupt, very limited communications. I have decided to discontinue my custom with Sutton + James. Such a shame because Ange is great.

Popped in on a very hot sunny afternoon in urgent need of a trim and, despite not having booked, they made a time for me and provided a great cut and fantastic, friendly service. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town and needing a trim, thanks for taking such good care of my and my daughter who was with me and waiting..
