   I went to this salon for a pre-wedding trim as it was recommended and had good reviews. Unfortunately I did not enjoy my experience. The wash and dry was extremely rough and painful. The cut wasn’t even - as shown in the photos which were taken by the hairdresser that fixed my hair. There are also gaps in my hair now that can’t be fixed from it being thinned out to much which I didn’t ask for but it was recommended so I trusted the stylist. The whole process was very rushed and unprofessional in my opinion. I was offered to come back to have it fixed but as I’m not local and didn’t enjoy the experience in the first place I didn’t want to go back. I was then given a partial refund which I do really appreciate, it was just a shame it happened in the first place. *Response to lofts reply* As per the below photo texting my partner when I arrived, the time stamp shows I was actually 10 minutes early not late for my 6pm appointment. My haircut was actually started 10 minutes late at 6:10 (which I didn’t complain about) and as per the text after my appointment there’s no way that it could have been the full 45 minute allocated time. The photos are also taken by the hair dresser that fixed my hair when she was trying to see what was wrong and are in no way distorted. As you can see with the comb photo it is clearly not even. The below response shows exactly why I didn’t want to go back to have it fixed. I felt attacked and like it was my fault the hair was cut crocked. I left this review as feedback for the company, not to attack them as I know mistakes happen but as feedback for something to work on.

   Not happy after my full head of foils. I tried to bring it up with the salon. I got told that there is nothing wrong with the colour and it takes some getting used to going blonde, then that it just needs a few more foils and toner and it will be fine (Toner does not hide how patchy it is) I also got told that there was no bleeding when I left… It cost $250 and unless I let them fix it then they could only offer me a $30 refund. I made the decision to get it corrected else where because a stylist should never have let their client leave the salon with it looking how it did. Its a little bit disappointing when you put your trust in a salon and spend the money that you do to walk out with your hair like that. The salon has now blocked me on Facebook and Instagram for calling them out. You can also see that I stated in the message that I was to scared to say something in the salon.

   Been going to Rose for 15 plus years. Loved my hair every single time! She’s so talented. Can sit in her chair and let her do whatever she thinks is best and it’s always amazing! Salon is absolutely spotless with a cool relaxing atmosphere. Definitely recommend. My kids and I wouldn’t go anywhere else even living 40 minutes away!

   Amazing!!!! I would use them again in a heart beat! Myself and my mum have not a clue when it comes to make up and styling and they did an amazing job at making us comfortable and feel beautiful in the inside and out with great vibes and amazing top notch singing! The team at Loft n co are amazing thank you Rose, Toni and Alisha for making my special day just that much more and massive thanks for sorting out the boys on the day!

   I had my hair and makeup done for my daughter's wedding. They did a fantastic job and made the whole experience very enjoyable and fun had good music playing and made sure we were happy and checked that we were happy when each person was finshed. Rose went above and beyond helping my daughter at the wedding with final touches. This business really cares would definitely use them again and recommend them.

   Rose is a fantastic stylist with attention to detail, she will listen to what you want but also give advice as to your cut and colour to best suit your hair type. I have difficult hair that is very fine, and partly wavy and part straight! Fully recommend Rose.

   Rose has cut and coloured my hair many times over the years and always did an outstanding job. She really listens to what her clients want and has rock solid intuition on when and where she can add a little rose flair into your style... Never once dissapointed me and to this day, still holds the title for 'best cut n style' I've ever had. I couldn't leave the house without getting compliments on my hair. 150% recommend!!
