   Received a $85 parking ticket for getting a coffee from the cart on THEIR premises. Boycott this place. The Vale are just money hungry and don’t care about people. EDIT: it’s your car park it has EVERYTHING to do with you! After looking at other reviews it seems to happen quite frequently. Your team hasn’t tried to prevent this from happening.. why ?

   Hospitality is so important to me. The way you're greeted upon entering a hospitality space sets the tone for your experience to come. I arrived 10 minutes early for my massage at The Vale yesterday. Nobody was at the front desk - so I waited. When the manager (or owner) spotted me, she was walking down the stairs. As she reached me she basically said 'what are you doing here'? There was no welcome, no greeting by my name. I felt like I was interrupting her day. She handed me an ipad to fill in my details and I had to ask her where she would like me to sit. She said, over there, as she looked away. I couldn't have felt less welcome. The premises are exquisite. My massage was lovely, but I was so disappointed by the hospitality.

   Got given a voucher for my birthday for a massage but changed it to a facial, it was such a an amazing experience such a beautiful place and lovely staff. I felt refreshed and relaxed all at the same time. I'd definitely recommend.
