   I had gel extensions done today by Khushi, she was very friendly and accommodating to myself and my 9 year old daughter. I asked for grinch Christmas nails and told her to do whatever she wanted around the theme, I absolutely loooove them and will definitely be booking with Khushi again!

   Your reply to my concern is completely unacceptable. First of all, the timeline you mentioned is not true and does not change the fact that the issues I raised were real and experienced by me during my visit. I did not owe you a message “within a timeframe” in order for my concern to be valid. When I walked into your salon this morning and raised the issue directly with you in person, instead of listening or showing any professionalism, you dismissed me immediately. Second, accusing a paying customer of “trying to get free services” is not only disrespectful. it is unprofessional and completely inappropriate. I came to you because I trusted your business and expected a basic level of care and hygiene. Your response shows a complete lack of responsibility and customer service and no way I will even try to touch my nails again. You also have no right to make comments about whether someone is “struggling for money” or to suggest contacting government agencies. That comment alone is offensive, discriminatory, and reflects very poorly on your business. A professional salon would never speak to a client that way. If you truly “take hygiene concerns seriously,” then customer feedback should be handled with respect, not with personal attacks, false assumptions, and attempts to shame clients publicly. I stand by my review, and I hope other customers read both my experience and your response so they can see exactly how you choose to treat clients who raise concerns.

   Went in to Kayra for chin, lip wax and Henna with shape. I had Santoshi and she was amazing, I’ve had her once before hence why I rebooked with her. Service was awesome and always checking to see if I was ok. My wax and brows were super awesome very happy with them. See you next time!

   I go to Kayra every month for my regular waxing and tidying of eyebrows. I never booked a particular therapist. Most of the previous ones are really good! The last two experiences were really terrible. Last month I shouted myself with a 25mins head massage on top of my regular eyebrow waxing. The girl who did the service to me poured heaps of oil on my head as if she’s giving me a hair wash of oil. It literally feels more like a hairwash than a massage. My hair is literally soaking with oil, good thing I brought a beanie with me to cover it and I just had to go straight back home. I decided I should book a particular beauty therapist the next time I come back so I checked on the reviews to decide which one to choose. This time I tried the Henna brows treatment for the first time and I chose an extra 5min head massage. Santoshi put on a lot of time to shape and tidy my eyebrows which is good. She showed me the result of my tidied eyebrows after she waxed it and I was happy with it. Santoshi asked me to show her a photo of what I like to achieve for a henna brows. We both agreed it will be a bit lighter to compliment my hair. I said please make it subtle and natural looking. Santoshi put the Henna and gave me a head massage which is just about less than a minute. She got busy with my eyebrows again and when she gave me the mirror to check on my Henna eyebrows I almost had a heart attack! I thought it was a prank as I look horrible! My eyebrows with the henna are so big and fake looking!!! I said I am not happy with it as I look like a monster, she said she only followed my eyebrows shape. She quickly packed up and left the room. I wanted to cry as I have a birthday party to go later that day. I ended up wiping off my eyebrows from all the excessive henna. (Photos attached: before and after) I concluded I will never return to Kayra again as I never felt more stressed and terrified after being in a beauty therapy place all my life.

   Absolutely love Santoshi and her work!! Been to plenty of places to get my eyebrows done and she has been the first to really explain to me what she was doing and what I needed to do. She goes the extra mile every time and always makes me feel comfortable! 11/10 will not go to anyone else now

   Highly recommended!! I got my nails done from yogi,she just did an amazing job. She keep asking me about my likes, which shape or design I prefer. Overall a fantastic experience and of course come back in future to do my nails done from her. Thnkuuu kyra beauty for amazing experience.
