I chose to donate my clothes to this op shop. Most items were in good condition, with only a few having minor stains. The staff did explain their donation standards and provided guidance on what they could accept. I was sorting the clothes accordingly. However, I was asked to move to a back room so the main area would remain accessible to customers, even though there were no customers at the time. While this was understandable, the overall process felt less welcoming than expected. I appreciate that the staff are volunteers and that they took the time to explain their standards. My suggestion would be to make the donation process a little more donor-friendly. Advice to others: sort your clothes carefully before donating.

It's great for expectant parents or those with bubs already. The target audience. But as an op shop for the general population, it's a little meh. The plus size selection is basically non-existent. Sorry, y'all, I can't rate it higher than 3 from my specific viewpoint. But if you are pregnant or have little ones, go here!

They got quite expensive over the years. It's still a nice op shop, and the koha room is great, but if you want to shop for kids' clothes there are better op shops in town.

Used the koha room as much as I donated to this place. Everyone helpful and was always a warm place to come to, However one lady tarnished this when I grabbed a potty trainer from the Koha room and at the counter she asked loudly what I wanted to pay, I said $7 and she said β€œJust $7?” I said yes, I’m struggling this week so this is all I can do. She didn’t reply, no facial expression just pressed in the $7 onto the eftpos then turned around and continued sorting what she had until I paid. Once finished paying she didn’t say anything and just ripped off the receipt and gave it to me then walked away. I felt embarassed, ashamed and upset because I’ve always had a positive interaction here. I felt judged. The loud response, the response itself was unwelcoming. When I looked at marketplace afterwards there was potty trainers for $3.

Reasonable prices, especially for the clothing and bedding. Friendly, helpful staff. I love that they have a Koha room where families who are struggling can obtain clothing, baby items, etc. Pregnancy choice is a good cause too.
