Great service, nice looking place. Ordered Butter Chicken, Rogan Josh and Chicken Tikka Massala, they were all really great. Good portions and nice meat. All had a very nice flavor and texture. Naan was a bit tough though. Highly recommended. Great extensive menu too.
Very nice food specially the cheese garlic naan.
They make beautiful food.. sometimes β¦but too many times itβs seems like they throw anything together to make your meal , lamb korma is never the same , my recent korma was a mix between butter chicken and had a bolognese taste .. idk
The food was bland and lacked the authentic flavors I expected. The service was slow, and our server seemed disinterested. The naan was undercooked, and the curry was overly salty. Definitely not worth the price.
Worst service ever. The girl standing in the counter has no idea how to deal or speak to the customers. The atmosphere is so hot there is no ventilation. Food in the cabinet look pale and old .when asked to turn the fan on the restaurant stinking. Half of the menu items are not available or it will take 30mints or more . I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Ended up with this tea that looked and tasted more like milk
Authentic Indian food, really great service! Always hard to decide what to order but the Biryani & lamb balti are my favorites. Highly recommend this place. Cheers guys!
We found this humble and fantastic Indian restaurant off Hwy 5. We thought they just had takeaway but they had a few tables. Generous portions, and all the food was deliciousβeven our kids thought so. We had a dinner plate with Karaji chicken, chicken tikka and fried rice. We also added a samosa chat and naanβall hot and fresh. Staff were attentive and kind. We would definitely recommend this place. Rotorua dining is very overpriced from what we foundβ¦but not this place! Amazing food and an equally amazing price.
One among the leading Indian restaurant in Rotorua. Quality of food is good but it it more a kind of north indian. It would be better if they can add more south indian dishes. Atmosphere is average for dine in with family.
Lucky Star cnr of Old Taupo and Malfroy (westend). We had never tried their food until tonight. Im absolutely gutted that it took so long because their food is 100% chefs kiss* and great value. I will go as far to say the best Indian Curry in Rotorua.
