   Recently had an awful noise from my car - So good to be able to call in, get it looked at and then repaired fast, reasonably priced and with such amazing backup service. I also like not being made to feel like an idiot because I hadn't realised there was an issue earlier.

   Great reliable friendly helpful service. Had a minor problem while heading to Wellington on a Saturday. Turned up short notice, they were very friendly and helpful. He hung around till the part arrived to ensure I got back on the road same day, was very impressed. A service some mechanics wouldn't care about. Very honest pricing too! Great work guys. Thank you dearly

   So this goes out to Jean, my daughter and I are so grateful to you for coming to the rescue when you did! We are not from Matamata and we’re just passing through (the night before) when I noticed something terribly wrong with the car. Because it was so late and nothing was open at 2am I pulled over and spent the night in the car until early the next morning when I started googling and came across ‘Auto Super Shoppe Matamata’ I managed to speak to Jean at 7: 00am who came straight down and not only fixed the issue, but also ran the computer and cleared a code which was causing engine light to come on. He gave me such supportive advice and made sure my daughter and I were safe to continue. (I had told him I was just trying to get home in time for my sons first Rugby game, and because of the situation we were unsure if we were going to make it). Seriously, because of this guy...Not only did we make it home safely, he didn’t charge me a single cent! All he asked for, was a review if I had time. This guy is an asset to this business and deserves a pay rise! (Perhaps a week off next year also for Beachop in Whanga!) So there’s the review Jean and cannot Thankyou enough! I will travel over to you from now on,and just so you know... My sons Team won, 44-0 and was a great game played by all. Cheers Jean Thankyou

   Been their customer for 12 months, car has had service, WOF, new iridium plugs. Excellent service, very thorough, did not rush me. Explains mechanical problems in plain language. Very proactive. And prepared me for the worst regarding prices, I was pleasantly surprised yesterday with the cost for my new radiator.
